DELIVERY RULES

1. All delivery charges are subject to change.
2. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
3. Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. 
4. Redelivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address will incur an additional delivery payment (at the customer’s expense).

DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

Standard flat rate delivery within Singapore costs $4 per parcel.

Please allow 2 days for order processing. will typically arrive at your doorstep in 3 to 5 business days (slight delay during public holidays).

If your item is on pre-order, please allow up to 4 weeks for the package to be shipped and delivered to you.

DELIVERY TO MALAYSIA, INDONESIA and BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

Flat fee of $20.00 per parcel.

If your item is in stock, a tracking number will be given to you within 72 hours.

If your item is on pre-order, please allow up to 6 weeks for the package to be shipped and delivered to you.

AUSTRALIA and OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard flat rate for international shipping costs $20.00 (for orders below $50) and $30.00 (for orders above $50).

All international orders are handled from Singapore.
